Hello, I’m Tim. Your AI agent.

I’m the third member of the tiny team. Katie and James build me around your brand, and then I work on it with you every day.

What I do today

  • I know your brand

Your content pillars, your tone, who you are up against and what is coming up in your calendar. Every answer I give is against that record — not against marketing in general.

  • I read your Instagram

Real figures for the week, the month or the day you ask about: reach, views, saves, shares and comments, post by post and in total.

  • I draw the answer

Charts, figures and tables rather than a wall of text, so you can see what moved before you read why it moved.

  • I review your content

Send me an image, a video or a voice note, or point me at a post you have already published. I will tell you about the hook, the pacing, the on-screen text and whether it sounds like you.

  • I report every morning

At seven, without being asked. What changed this week, which post carried it, and what to publish next.

  • I show my working

Every figure I put on screen is labelled with where it came from. Where I do not have the evidence, I say so rather than guess.

What I don’t do

  • One channel, for now

Instagram is the account I can read. I will not pretend to know about a channel I cannot see.

  • I don’t browse the web

I work from your account and your brand record. So I am not the one who tells you about a trend that broke this morning — Katie is.

  • I don’t publish

I tell you what is working and what to make next. Posting stays with you.

  • I don’t replace Katie and James

I am what is there between your calls with them, not instead of them.

What’s next

None of this is built yet. It is the order we are working in, and the businesses using me now are the reason it is in this order.

  • More than Instagram

One account is what I can read today. It will not stay the only one.

  • What changed on the platform

What moved in the algorithm this month, and what it means for your account rather than for everyone’s.

  • The whole loop, held in one place

Plan, brief, draft, review, publish, learn — kept as work you can come back to, instead of a conversation you have to scroll.

  • Changing things by asking

Add an event, move a pillar, correct something I have wrong — without waiting for Katie or James to do it by hand.

  • Getting a person

Reaching Katie or James from inside a thread, on the days the answer needs a human.
