## What we collect

### Who is responsible for your data?

Tiny Team Studio is a design and build studio based in the Netherlands. We are responsible for the personal data sent through the contact form on this site. You can reach us at [hello@tinyteam.studio](mailto:hello@tinyteam.studio).

### What do we collect?

What you choose to send through the contact form: your first and last name, your company, your email address, your message, and how you heard about us. We also record whether you chose to receive updates about our work.

We do not ask for a phone number, and the form has no account, no login and no analytics or advertising cookies behind it.

### Why do we collect it?

To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement. If you tick the optional marketing box, our legal basis for those updates is your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and an unticked box is always a no.

## Where it goes

### Who else handles it?

We use Cloudflare to run and protect this site, including Turnstile, and Resend to deliver the enquiry email. They process personal data for us as service providers; their services can involve processing outside the EEA, with GDPR transfer safeguards. Your enquiry is then read and answered by someone at the studio. We do not sell, rent, or share your data for anyone else's own purposes.

### How long do we keep it?

For as long as we need it to answer your enquiry and manage a possible or active client relationship. We review and delete it when it is no longer needed, unless we must keep it for a legal reason.

### How is the form protected from spam?

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a non-interactive check that assesses whether a submission looks human. It processes technical signals from your browser to protect the form. It does not make a decision that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

## Your rights

### What can you ask us to do?

Under the EU GDPR and Dutch privacy law, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for a portable copy. Email [hello@tinyteam.studio](mailto:hello@tinyteam.studio) and we will act on it within the legal time limit. You can also complain to the [Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens](https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl/).

### How do you stop hearing from us?

If you ever agreed to hear more from us and changed your mind, email [hello@tinyteam.studio](mailto:hello@tinyteam.studio) with the word “unsubscribe” and we will stop. We will never make that hard.
